All works offered through this website are handmade, one-of-a-kind art pieces, often created or finalized specifically for each order.

Due to:

• the unique and non-replicable nature of the artworks,
• the custom production and preparation process, and
• the complex logistics, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures involved,
• all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

By completing a purchase through this website, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the transaction is final and non-refundable.
