DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICYÂ
This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through this website, operated by Fyshan Glass Studio, and is intended for international orders only.
1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your payment has been successfully received, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
2. ORDER PREPARATION & DISPATCH
All items available on our online shop are either in stock or finalized for shipment upon order.
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days following payment confirmation.
This preparation period includes protective packaging suitable for international transport of fragile, handmade glass works.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
This website accepts orders only for delivery outside of Turkey.
Deliveries to addresses within Turkey are not accepted on this website.
Orders placed with a Turkey-based delivery address may be cancelled.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME
Once dispatched, international shipments are delivered via international courier services.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–10 business days, depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and added to the order total.
5. DUTIES, TAXES & DDP (DELIVERED DUTY PAID)
All prices displayed on this website include applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and brokerage costs at the time of purchase.
International deliveries are made on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
This means:
- the seller is responsible for duties and taxes at the time of sale, and
- no additional customs charges are expected upon delivery.
Please note that local regulations or changes in a destination country’s customs policies after purchase are beyond our control.
6. SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing dispatch details.
7. DELAYS & LIABILITY
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
Fyshan Glass Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.
