These Sales & Use Terms (“Terms”) govern the use of www.fyshan.com
(the “Website”) and all purchases made through it.
The Website is operated by Fyshan Güncel Cam ve Sanatsal Ürünler Limited Şirketi, operating under the name Fyshan Glass Studio (“Fyshan”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, including the Delivery Policy, Exchange & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice incorporated herein.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Product Nature
All works offered through the Website are handmade glass artworks created using artisanal techniques.
Due to the handmade nature of the works, slight variations in color, size, shape, or texture may occur. Such variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted objects and are not considered defects.
Product images are representative and may vary depending on screen settings.
3. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Fyshan reserves the right to cancel orders in cases including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipments are handled through international courier services and delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier operations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
This Website accepts orders for international delivery only and does not process deliveries within Türkiye.
5. Duties, Taxes & DDP
International orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout where possible.
However, Fyshan cannot control regulatory changes that may occur after purchase. Any additional duties or charges imposed by customs authorities due to regulatory changes, classification adjustments, or local import regulations are the responsibility of the recipient and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or chargeback.
6. Final Sale – No Returns
Due to the handmade and fragile nature of the works, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Customers are encouraged to contact us before ordering if they have any questions about a product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
